    My Xbox Live Gold sharing has stopped working I have no idea why. Please help.

    Multiplayer on forza 5 not working

    My son has live gold and I have been sharing this on his xbox one since launch and playing multiplayer on forza 5 with no problems now it keeps saying I need my own live gold to access multiplayer

    Is he on a second console which is a game share as your home console? if so it's to do with Xbox live problems, i'm having the same issue with Farcry Primal.

    To clarify are you sharing your Xbox Live Gold membership via Home Gold, or are you referring to another user sharing their Gold with you? If you're the one sharing Gold, we'd recommend signing into the console you'd like to share your Gold membership on
    and ensuring that it's set as your
    Home console    .

    If someone else was sharing Gold with you, you'll need to reach out to that person to help verify that the console you're playing on is set as the Home console for their account.
