Problems with Xbox Live Rewards points Accreditation

Good night, I need help with the accreditation of points of Xbox Live rewards to my account since when consulting them and in the monthly reports of Xbox Live Rewards appears that I need to update my account to proceed to the deposit of the points in that
account which I have accomplished without success. I would appreciate if you could indicate how to proceed in that case

Haven't Received 12-Month subscription Bonus on XBox Rewards.

I've been hearing problems with the Xbox Live Rewards and I recently noticed that I had not received points for renewing for the year.

I had renewed my XBox Live Gold Membership back in March, 2013. I have reviewed my points received and noticed I did get 10 Reward Points. However as stated on XBox Live Rewards website, 10 Reward Points is equivalent to a 1-Month Renewal. 200 Reward Points
would have been the proper amount for my 12-Month Renewal.

I was wondering why its not giving me the Rewards promised and if I was ever going to be receiving these points.

xbox live rewards

I been having problems with my xbox live rewards. I applied for it on Nov. 13 and it said that it was confirmed but i would have to wait for 36 hours. I waited 2 days and i am still having problems such as:

1. I can't unlock condemer, legend, etc based on my gamerscore to get microsoft points as a reward.

2. I seem to go to xbox live rewards and it doesnt show my rewards page where I can check on the progress of getting the microsoft points as a reward.

3. I have temped to try to access it through my email and other means such as calling the xbox live costumer services.

What the xbox live costumer service said that it might take up to 8 weeks or longer.

Is there any way someone could help me resovle these problems because I want to start earning microsoft points for the things I do on my xbox.

I have check my emails and it said that the xbox live rewards for my account is active but I seem to not be able to access stuff.

Please help me....

Hi SKATEPIPO160599. Unfortunately, there is currently an issue which is preventing a deposit to your Microsoft account. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts
the process. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved.
While their fix was able to let us make a deposit in June, they have not yet been able to provide us with a consistent solution to this error. We apologize for the inconvenience.

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it had not been scheduled. In the future, if you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may
do so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. This means your most recent survey Credits will not be included in your mid-month deposit occurring this month, as they will not be processed in
time.

Xbox LIVE Rewards actually gives Reward Points, not Microsoft Points. They function the same save that they do expire.

You have to be an Xbox live rewards member. If you already are, then the points should be pending. The points always pend for a while if you earn them from Xbox live rewards
