    Problems with XBOX live on 360


    Hey everyone.

    I have a problem with xbox live which started about 2 years ago after an update. I can connect to internet and xbox live but my access is limited. If I am signed out I have 8 sections (bing, home, social, games, movies & tv, music, apps, settings) on dashboard
    but after signing in I have only 4 (home, social, games & apps, settings). Also apps like youtube etc. are gone from the store but if I sign out I can see them on apps section but if I click on them I get error message with status code: 80004005. Also if I
    try to buy xbox gold I get error message with code: 807b0194 . I have tried different routers and users. I have also done hard resets and restored factory settings but none of them have worked. Why do I have this problem? Am I banned or something? I hope someone
    can help me. Thank you!

    Matchmaking Issue

    There's defnintely something going on with live on the 360 though because my Xbox One is working fine but live on the 360 is messing up with the problems I mentioned.

    I tried those steps out but still no help. I downloaded this update to my memory stick but nothing happened and I saw that I already have this firmware.

    Hey ChancierLime22! What kind of network are you connecting to and what hardware are you using? Since you have already tried factory resets and USB updates you will probably want to contact

    phone or chat support     to facilitate a repair of your console.
