    Good evening.

    Yesterday I bought my Xbox One. When I turned it on, it asked if I wanted to become a live gold member. I bought the membership for a year and everything was fine.

    Today I was going to try Tomb Raider's multiplayer, but, for my surprise, it said my profile didn't have online privileges. Than I begin to search on my profile my gold membership, on the xbox and on the xbox site in my computer but I didn't find it. I called
    my credit card bank to see if i was charged for the buying, and they confirmed it. So, I am being charged, but I'm not a gold member.

    If someone could tell me what to do to recover my gold membership, I would be very grateful.
