Problems with Xbox Live Gold accuont.

Hi. The problem I am writing about has occured in my new Xbox One S. When I start the game for the Xbox 360 (Forza Horizon), I try to make a multiplayer game, it pops out that I need the Xbox Live Gold account or if I have it check the familiar settings.
I have the Xbox Live Gold account I activated it on the Internet from my PC (if you need an ASUS X501U updated a few weeks ago from Windows 8.1 64bit to Windows 10 Home 64bit) and if I try to activate it again from the site "xbox.com/redeemcode" (the same
site used to activate it the first time) says the code has already been redeemmed. I checked the family settings by wire and by sign. It's ok. I would like to understand if there are problems with the code that we have purchased or is a problem that occured
for compatibility problems of the game with the new console. I hope you can help me... Thanks in advance.

There are rumors floating around that the Next Xbox must be connected to the internet at all times in order to play games.
