i ve registrated a new account for xbox one maybe 20 days ago, yesterday i ve activate xbox one live gold with the offer "one month for free", but when i try to play in multiplayer mode it doesn't work, when i connect with my pc to my account here it result
correctly activated.

why does black ops 2 keep tell me my account cant play on xbox live ?

Hello, you need an active Xbox Live Gold account to play multiplayer over Xbox Live.

Sometimes it can take a few minutes to a few hours for things to sync up in different games. Call of Duty for example we see take around 24 to 48 hours after a renewal or new membership. Are you still seeing the issue with online multiplayer? Is it happening
in all games and app as well or just one?

Multiplayer was activated in Xbox Live, but I found my problem.

In Options > Data, I deactivated Multiplayer, saved, reactivated again.

Multiplayer works now and weather too !

Yes, I share an Xbox with an account that has an active Xbox live gold subscription, multiplayer has worked before but not sure why it is not working

I'm having the same problem. I have a current Xbox Live Gold account, and my permissions are set to play multiplayer games, but it keeps saying that I don't have an active Xbox Live Gold account and take me to a page to sign up. But when I go to Subscriptions,
it says my account is active until 5/13/2017.
