Problems with Xbox Gold?

Hi, I've had a problematic week with trying to make my Gold function but I have had a set of unluck in chains. Let me start off with the info:

Recently, my Gold expired due to me not being able to pay through my credit card. I bought a pre-paid card to fix this problem but Xbox won't let me redeem the code, telling me that I have to "wait a few minutes to redeem it". I tried to view through forums
and other websites to find the solution, but it is not related to my problems. I tried to contact Microsoft Support, but unfortunately got locked out for a month because I changed my info.

I tried to pay through a different credit card but it tells me that I cannot use the credit card for it.

However, my Gold is accessible through my friend's Xbox and can play it there even if I do not have Gold for it.

Please help with this as soon as possible! I really want to play the House of Wolves DLC when it comes out. Thank you!

Because you need tomsolve your billing issue first

You are using your friends home gold on his console thats why you can access it from there

If you are using a preoaid creditcard they tend to not work with most gaming services

Yiu need a real creditcard That supports online purchases and reoccurijg purchases and has billing info

Prepaid currency cards nor memberships cards will work when yo. Are suspended for payment info

I have xbox gold. I have had xbox gold. I tried repurchasing xbox gold and it won't let me because I already have and can't buy it again while I currently have it. The problem is not that I do not have xbox gold. The problem is that I have it and I cannot
access multiplayer functions.

I'm sorry to see any issues playing Games with Gold on your console! That error is a generic one for failing to get a response. Are these Games with Gold games that you have redeemed on your account? If not, it might be that someone who has redeemed them,
who used to have your console set as their Home console, might have changed their Home console to another one. This tends to be the most common scenario of users not being able to launch Games with Gold games.

However, if that's not the case and it's games that you have redeemed yourself, post back with the game titles so that we can dig into this a bit further. We look forward to working with you on this!

go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and turn off recurring billing/auto renew on the Game Pass Ultimate subscription before you get a Past Due Balance on your
account.

if you get a Past Due Balance you will need to pay that off before you can get Live Gold or Game Pass.

wait till the Ultimate Game Pass Expires before getting Gold or it will convert to Ultimate Game Pass

Try removing the account from the console and then re adding it. That can usually fix this issue.
