Problems with x box gold

When you purchase Game Pass Ultimate, it converted the rest of your gold to Ultimate as well. It states this when you purchase the subscription. If you decide to cancel, it also removes access to gold as well. It's best for you to just let the Game Pass
Ultimate expire, then purchase gold again.

We redeemed our X Box Gold on our computer, but now how do we get it onto the X Box Console?

Yes, I've gone to the website to download X Box One games to my library, but I cannot.

To clarify again, I don't have an X Box One console so I cannot install it. The message will say I don't have the required device.

I do have a one year gold membership, pre-paid card.

In the past, games with gold can allow me to add an X Box One game to my library even without an X Box One console. If I purchase an X Box One console, my free games with gold games will be in the library.

Now there is no option online to add the X Box One game to add to the account unless I own a X Box One console.

Hopefully, you can help further. If not, thanks for the reply anyways.

I have an x-box live account but even though it's showing my GamerTag, it still says I'm not connected to x-box live. I've checked and all of the other services are running fine except for x-box live. This has been happening since last week. It's probably
been about four days without no connection and I know that there's no problem with my internet connection. How can I check to see when I last renewed my x-box Gold subscription?
