    Problems with wireless display.


    The wireless display app works fine with laptop 2 but I am unable to use the Xbox controller to control laptop 1. The option to "Allow mouse, keyboard and pen input from this device" doesn't show at all on laptop 1. Please help. I have attached screenshots

    hi and thanks for the question.

    i would do a reset of your xbox.

    press and hold the xbox button on the console till it turns off

    wait 5mins then turn back on and try again.

    i would also restart the laptop at the same time if this dont work please do reply
    I tried restating both the laptop and the xbox, then tried connecting, still it doesn't works.
