    Problems with WD elements 2tb


    recently I got a western digital elements 2tb external hard drive. I was playing battle field one all day the first day I got it and at the end of the day the game was frozen on load screen. I then shut off the xbox and the light just kept slowly flashing
    so I hard reset. When the xbox came back on no apps or games would load up and I would get error message syaing the title took to long try again. I did variations of re formatting on pc, calling western digital and the drive passed the test they had. The
    lady from customer support said she couldnt help because they dont support WD elements. It's been 3 days now if any one could help it'd be much appreciated

    People have only been having problems with Seagate.

    Western Digital drives work fine.

    Mines a western digital. It's a WD elements 1TB USB 3.0 portable hard drive for Windows. There is a 2TB model available as well.

    And yes you can transfer your digital games to the drive.

    The external hard drive i use is the 2TB WD Elements. I only use it for storing games everything else gets stored on the console itself.

    I use a WD Elements 1TB USB 3.0 portable hard drive. There is also a 2TB available.

    Just don't buy a Seagate drive as they have compatibility problems with the 360.

    And don't worry about format because the 360 has a format option that will format the drive to FAT32 for you.
