Problems with update and insider center

Do you keep your console inside of an entertainment center? That can lead to a dust build up...and that would also cause problems with the lens reading your disc.

 

BluRay App. Problem Recognize Disc, Recognized and Played with noise (mechanical), no Eject Disc.

Hello there. The issue started 2 1/2 weeks ago, with Update for Blue Ray App. Problems with the update then 2 days later new update and then download and work fine.

1 week later new update and problems recognizing BluRays, then 2 days later new update and recognize BR inside and Play movie.

1 week ago, new update and problems again to recognize BR (movie) and then played with Mechanical noice all the time. Turned off and then do not eject BR inside since a week.

According to BR App there is not a disc inside, but the console make noice (same when you eject a disc) radomly and not allow to insert or eject.

I already review "How to eject manually disc", but do not work (even with a 1.5mm Hex Key & large clip)

I chat with support but because my console its on Preview program i need to check here first...

so, any advice?
