Problems with two purchases - Deals With Gold

Hello,

I am sorry that I write a new topic for it but i couldnt reach the support because of work.

In addition, I don't find an e-mail adress from the support, so I try this way.

Today in the morning I bought three games at the offers page "Deals With Gold",

for one game, the store automatically took my XBOX Gold - Account for it, but for the other two offers I paid

the full price and not the "offer price".

It would be perfect if you can help me.

Btw. I got a problem with some German things in the store and on the Microsoft page:

If I click on "my Microsoft account", I get something like this: "Bad Request - Request Too Long / HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long."

I appreciate your help. Thank You.

Xbox live gold issues

having problems with Xbox live gold. my purchase history is telling me its payed and up to date, but when i go in to the store and look at the xbox games deals and click on one i likd it gives me two options one pay with gold or pay normal price. any advice
would great

You should be able to purchase games at a lower cost if they're in the weekly Deals with Gold which can be found here www.xbox.com/live/deals-with-gold .

Yes, i purchased two months of gold membership, a fruit ninja game and renewed my gold for another month before for 9.99. I then cancelled automatic subscription, but i want to get that two mont gold deal again now, it says there is a problem @@@ with my
account.

If it was part of a gold only deal then it would be under the banner of deals with gold.

It would also be listed with two separate prices, one the regular price and the other for gold members.

You would still be able to buy it as a silver member.

You definitely don`t need a credit card or paypal to make purchases, i don`t have any.

I wouldn`t be surprised if the game is on games for gold within the next few months anyway.

Only the account that has purchased gold can access gold deals. Since the child account would have access to gold because you are sharing it with them, they would not have access to gold deals. You can purchase the games on your account and they can access
them on theirs or you would need to add gold to their account.
