Problems with Twitch

I'm trying to stream and am noticing some issues with the Twitch app:

1) It only broadcasts my voice, even though I choose the option to broadcast the party chat

2) While the app is snapped and I am adjusting the broadcast settings, when I press B to back up one screen instead the app window closes. If I snap it open again, it is still on the settings screen, and if I press B it closes. It never goes back to the
screen with the start button so I can never actually broadcast. My only option is to completely quit the game and Twitch and start all over again. And hope it doesn't do the same thing again.

Is this a common occurrence? Is there a way to fix either of these issues?

Problems with Twitch

So I recently got an Xbox One and found the Twitch Broadcasting feature. At first it wouldn't let me broadcast, but I fixed that. I started broadcasting to all my friends (and some random people that got interested.) to show them what the games were like.
Well, I was broadcasting for a couple weeks for them until a few days ago when it all of a sudden stopped working again. It says "must be an adult to broadcast using Xbox One." Well, my account IS an adult account so I don't see how that is the problem. It
also says "Check you account setting for any content restrictions." I did that the first time and nothing has changed. I'm not sure how important this is but it also says right under that "Error Code: 0x20B31181" Can someone tell me how I can fix this if I
can? I'd appreciate it. Thank you for your time.
