    How do I manage this error of "enter a valid credit card number"

    If you're having problems through your console, Try re-entering the information on the microsoft billing page.

    billing.microsoft.com/home.aspx

    You can obtain all transactions made with your account along with the transactions made on your console.

    Cannot buy Microsoft Points

    Contact your bank and see what is happening with the transaction, once you have this information contact support and let them know of the problems your bank is having with the transaction. This has happened before to me, they should have it fixed soon once

    Is there a transaction problem with xbox live currently?

    Make sure the store you bought the points card from activated it, otherwise it does not work.

    I got the same error when trying to redeem a 100 point Bing reward. I'll post if I find out anything. I am going to email Bing rewards.
