because I have formatted my xbox thinking that it would be a problem in it, now I can not install
the xbox insider application, and I called support of xbox, and they said that maybe the problem
is due to some update of the xbox insider, more because I formatted my xbox, now I can not install
the application of xbox insider so I can not know if there is any update to fix this bug of not

Bingo problems with the collections not updating.

I'd recommend a soft reset, shut your console off and unplug it then hold the power button to drain any remaining power. If the app still won't update then I'd also recommend a factory reset with keeping everything on your console selected.
