    Hi Guys...this is my Xbox One after the update for the NXE...I reset the console, but nothing...why? black screen, no images for the store, apps, films....

    unable to play downloaded game on new update

    If it is a disc copy of a game then eject the disc and put it back in. Also, check to make sure that you have the latest update to the NXE because they pushed one out to preview members in the NXE yesterday. The update is supposed to fix the issues you
    speak of. I was having the same problems with Elder Scrolls Online and that fixed it.

    Opted out of Preview Program(pending still)

    I just opted out of the preview program a few minutes ago and now it's pending. The NXE looks great but was a little too buggy for my tastes and I just want to play some games without all the OS problems. Now I read I should be pending until the next official
    update goes public, will that be the NXE in November or a sooner smaller update?

    Most importantly, can I just do a factory reset to go back to the old dash without any problems? If I don't have the preview dash app, will the console still attempt to download the NXE preview after a factory reset?

    Problems with the NXE

    When you say reset, do you mean factory reset, hard reset, or just turned it off and back on? I would first try a hard reset (Hold the Xbox logo on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down, then turn it back on and try again). If that
    doesn't work, do the same thing, but unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes and then try again.

    Had the same issue hard rest sovled it and the update continued..... Although it wssn't worth it

    Ken, I made the hard reset, factory reset...but nothing...the NXE has only bugs...uff.... Problems with the NXE :(
