    Problems with the new Xbox store. Microsoft please fix


    I noticed that I am not alone in noticing a lot of small issues with the new updated Xbox store.

    1) Go to home/deals/try for free. Many of the games listed are not free. Either they cost something or not available.

    2) If you do a search for "Free" and click a game to check out that is lower down the list, then try to go back B button, it forces you to start at the beginning at the top of the list.

    3) Also when searching "free" many things that the search result finds are not free. Such as TV, Movies and Subscriptions, It says for apps 2000 results but when i open the apps their is only 14 free apps not 2000.

    4) In www.xbox.com/en-US/live/gold/ backward-compatibility tab , there are many games listed as backwards compatible . Which are actually not backwards compatible. Such as Defense Grid, listed for $4.99, but is not available to buy in the Xbox store. Why
    is it listed as backwards compatible when it not?

    5) Trailers for games don't always work. Says something is wrong, go back the beginning.

    This problem has been resolved finally. I was able to call Microsoft support to first fix the unknown issues with my account and then had to call Microsoft Store support to fix the problem with the beta key not working. So, for others that have this problem,
    please call Microsoft Store support at: 1-877-696-7786.
