problems with the new xbox experience update

so about 2 days ago i updated my xbox one to the new xbox experience... for the first day it worked fine, now i'm having some big issues. among some other smaller glitches, the most frustrating is that it wont connect to microsoft servers/getting me online
at all.. it will connect to my wifi, because i can still go on Netflix and watch things, but when it comes to online playing and accessing the store its not working.. have gone to the settings and tried to connect, and it says it is connected? although it
clearly isnt... and when i go on the preview programme to report this issue it says i have to be a preview member to access the app.. which i'm guessing is just part of this not connecting thing? is this a known issue or not? any help is welcome.

Many problems after New Xbox Experience update

At the first reboot after the update I've found many bugs like the empty store and friend list after turning on the Xbox in energy-saving mode. If I turn it on in instant-on mode, the store works fine but the guide is too much slow (about 20 seconds
after double click on Xbox button). It's also slow to return on the dashboard (still about 20 seconds). When I hold the Xbox button to turn off the controller (for example) and I move the left stick, I also move the things behind the UI. Also the Preview Dashboard
App doesn't launch (0x8027025a).

Please fix these! It's very frustrating

If you're in the program, and get "group not found" then a support team member will have to come and have to added to the forum. Sit tight, and they should hopefully get around to it soon

i click on the link and it says group not found?

 

If you receive group not found you need to wait for a moderator to give you access. Usually takes a day or so. They'll reply back here after they give it to you.
