    I recently tried downloading the new preview program update and I keep getting The error code 0x80072EFD and l am unable to download it I was wondering if I could get some assistance please and thank you

    Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

    Sorry to hear it. A lot of people are experiencing this at the moment and the majority get their internet from Windstream. To resolve the issue try connecting your console via a hotspot to download the update.

    Error Code after update today

    i had an error code for this new update tried updating a few times and got the same error code , but ive got it working now .. heres what i done .... go to system settings/ memory/ device options(yellow button)/ then clear the system cache... then it updated
    with no problems when i done that. hope this helps

    I just got a new xbox and it keep saying there was a problem with the update and the error code doesn't matchup with the other codes and i tried the network connection 3 times is still showing the same problem and say the same thing

    Console was brand new. There was no error code just a message, update failed, a system update is required to sign in to xbox live, but the update is currently unavailable. If the problem persists, visit www.xbox.com/support.

    Got this message on my old xbox and the brand new one.
