Problems with the MyVIP Program (Brazil)

Problem 1 (MyVIP CashBack Failed):

I bought the games "For Honor Gold Edition" and "Sniper Elite 4 Digital Deluxe Pre-order Bundle" totaling R$ 539.00. However, I did not get my 8% cash back on my Xbox Live digital wallet as part of MyVIP (in which I have a 4-star rating). Both purchases
were made on 02/13/2017, so I am entitled to receive R$ 43.12 (8% of the total purchase price) in my Live digital portfolio.

Problem 2 (MyVIP Stars Count Failed):

During the life of the mission "Add a Star to your MyVIP" as part of the Xbox Rewards program (mission effective from 02/01/2017 to 02/28/2017) I made the purchase of two games on 13/02 / 2017 totaling R$ 539, but I did not get my extra star on my MyVIP
(which would total five stars on my MyVIP). According to the mentioned mission I would have to make one or more purchases in the Microsoft digital store that totaled at least R$ 385.00. I exceeded the minimum amount required by the mission and did not win
the extra star.

Problem 3 (Rewards Missions Rewards Failed):

According to the mission "You are one step closer to your Reward", I would have to make a comparison in the digital store of at least R $ 132,00 (between 03/01/2017 to 03/03/2017 ) To earn 6,000 Rewards Credits as for the Rewards program. However, the system
does not state that I completed the mission objective. Remembering that on 01/03/2017 I realized the purchase of the game "Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon®Wildlands - Gold Edition" totaling R $ 279.00.

Problem 4 (Rewards Missions Rewards Failed):

According to the mission "Earn Rewards by placing your order in the pre-order NOW", I would have to purchase at least three different pre-sold games within the titles listed in the catalog (between 01/01/2017 As of 03/31/2017) to earn 15,000 Rewards Credits
as for the Rewards program. However, the system does not include two pre-order purchases that I made. I made the purchase of three different pre-sale titles of the items listed in the catalog as required by the mission, but I did not win the reward.

Will my U.S. Xbox 360 Slim work in Brazil?

I am moving to Brazil and I want to bring my Xbox 360 S down with me. Will the Xbox work with a transformer? and Are there region Code problems with Games in Brazil/America? Also will my xbox live account transfer?

Same thing here in Brazil. The changelog:

OneGuide in Brazil, Mexico, Austria and Ireland: Live TV listings can be configured for four new countries as part of this month’s Preview program.

 

Preorders do not count towards VIP so those purchases would not have counted towards the first 3 problems you stated. The 15,000 credits for the games on demand punchcard offer will be given after all 3 games have been released.

 

To add to what Smwutches already accurately stated:

Problem 2: the terms of that offer stated the star would be added close to March 7th, so it is too early to see the star - the staff will double check

Problem 3: If your pre-order of Ghost Recon was your 3rd punch on the 15,000 point Games on Demand offer then it would not be eligible for the 6,000 promotion as purchases are only eligible for 1 promotion at a time unless otherwise
stated.

The reward staff will explain further when they get a chance to review, but those seem to be explanations for some of the issues your are seeing. The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and they take 1-2 business
days to reply. They do not work weekends.

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. This is noted in the FAQ for all our offers, and is currently live in the VIP section of the FAQ for MyVIP. From the FAQ for the extra VIP Star offer:

Which content is eligible for this offer?

You must spend at least $XX before tax on qualifying MyVIP content from the Xbox Store and Microsoft Movies & TV during the offer period. Most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (game pre-orders
do NOT qualify), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game season passes, themes, and avatar items. From Microsoft Movies & TV, qualifying content includes movies, TV shows, and TV seasons.

However, in-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards do not qualify.

This is why you did not get VIP payback or VIP progress on your extra star. Furthermore, we award payback as a monthly whole by the 15th of the following month, so it would be too soon to see the payback anyway.

Regarding your Simply Rewarding issue, you opted in to this offer on the second, a full day after your purchase. Since your purchase was not made while opted in to the offer, it did not qualify.

Regarding your Games on Demand issue, your For Honor purchase did not go correctly to this offer. It looks like the purchase date was made too close to the release date, which caused an error in flagging it for the offer. We will adjust this purchase, and
you should see the last punch shortly. Purchases take up to 96 hours to be processed, so at the time of this post, you did not yet see your Ghost Recon Wildlands punch.
