    Problems with the gold Membership, urgent!


    On the 11.07.2016 and the 13.07.2016 6.99 euros have been charged me.

    I don't understand that.

    And now 3 weeks later my Gold membership has expired apparently.

    I paid for it 2 times.

    Why is the gold membership expired.

    You should urgently call the support on that, not that you accidentially cancelled your gold membership.

    I have the same issue. With the new xBox one I got an code for 14 Days Gold membership. I can see online that this works but FIFA told me that I have to buy Gold now.... please help. Thanks!
