    Problems with the ad not playing, so the challenges won't load


    When I try and play the challenges, the ad page does not load and I get a blank screen with only the Microsoft Games collection written in the top left corner. I cannot play the daily challenges, nor the other large challenges, as well as any of the solvable
    options.

    I am playing on a desktop computer using the latest update version of Windows 10. The problem started when the Disney Pixar Ad started to play. It was intermittent until yesterday (June 24). June 24. today I cannot play at all. The same thing is happening
    on my husband's computer as well. We have tried restarting, but the problem persists.

    Screen freezing driving me away

    Have played daily challenges foe several years. Now with screen freezing every time an ad loads i am giving up on playing any longer. Wish there was an ad free version

    Solitaire game is broken

    Solitaire will not load and play. From the intro screen, wait for signin, then select daily challenges. Selecting one of the daily challenges results in an ad playing, then the program closes. Back to desktop.

    And why does your "category" selector not provide an option for Solitaire??????

    I am also having this problem. I can play mahjong and jigsaw but have your problem with solitaire. I want to play tournament help

    Problems with the ad not playing, so the challenges won't load

    Maybe when they don't get the revenue from us watching the ads, they will have an incentive to fix the problem... still can't play on both of our computers today.

    I've had this problem for 3-4 days. I tried all the normal fixes including uninstalling Microsoft Solitaire Collection, updating Windows 10, restarting my computer. I tried to chat with Xbox support today. They said they couldn't help so referred me to Microsoft
    games. There was no one there to help and I don't want to sit on the phone for hours. Very frustrating!!
