    Hi. I need to get a refund for my 3 xbox remotes that came broken, 2 design labs the exact same and 1 red special edition one. i just opened them but the 2 design labs are from december of 2018 and the special edition one is from about a year ago approximately.
    i need to get a refund if not replacement as they came faulty and i just opened them. support sends me in circles, i cant go anywhere with this. i am able too set up a replacement for them through my xbox one x from december of 2019 which. is still in warranty
    for those 3 controllers but i get a email saying we cant make a label and to contact support as my shipping label. then support tried making 1 manually but i never recieved it as they said i would get it by 24-48 hours after. it has been 2 weeks. i have spent
    over 30 hours on this. it is ridiculous if anyone could help that would be very helpful. by the way, i have done over 30 chats, 20 calls, and 5 xbox gamer chats. they all send me to one department and send me back to the other and i go in circles. it is
    super annoying. please help. that would be very helpful and i hope somebody can help with this.

    If the product is brand new and is faulty, I suggest returning it to the supplier and requesting a full refund or replacement product as it should still be under warranty.

    Sounds like there is a fault with the charger, if you still have the receiot and the product is still in warranty I suggest sending it back to the retailer that you bought it off and requesting a replacement or a full refund.

    False warranty period .

    Your issue is with the retailer at this point. Your one year limited warranty should still be good there.

    Contact Amazon India customer support and start the process of returning the product for a refund or replacement. =)
