Problems with shared games

Hi,

My friend and I shared games with the "make this my main xbox" function and we have a little problem now.

He as a brother and they both share the xbox, but yesterday they both a game on their second account (yes, they have 2 different accounts to play some games because of the save files) and now I can't play it because I have the other account set on my xbox.

Is there a way to send Microsoft XBOX a ticket in order to ask them if they can transfer the game from the second account to the primary account?

Hey guys so, I sold my xbox one to my buddy because I got the call of Duty console tonight. I did a factoey reset on the console before giving it to him, but he informed me right now that when he went buy destiny for himself it already said purchased and
let him download it. It did the same with titan fall and alien isolation. He's able to download all the games I paid for. Just now as I'm typing this I'm downloading call of duty and it immediately popped up on his xbox too and started downloading. Is
there a way to fix this because I don't want it to somehow effect me and not let me play the games I paid for.

 

Shared games?

Every item downloaded to your console has two DRM content licenses attached to them. One for your account, and one for the console. All of the content licenses for the games you have downloaded are still attached to your old
Xbox (even when your account is removed from it). You will need to transfer that license to your new console.

Here's how. Sign into your Xbox One console > Go to the "Settings" page > Select the "My Xbox" > Select "My Home Xbox" > Select "This is My Home Xbox".

 

Nothing can be transferred between accounts.
