    Hey there MONGOvomDIENST,

    Sorry to hear about the network performance. Let's check a few things to narrow this down. Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console?



    Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

    • Download Speed
    • Upload Speed
    • Latency
    • Packet Loss %
    • Wireless Strength (if applicable)
    • Modem Manufacturer
    • Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number
    • NAT Type

    Let's then have you try to do a Network power cycle, to see if it helps.

    • Start by powering off and unplugging your Modem, Router (if applicable) and Xbox One console.
    • After 60 seconds of the devices being powered off, turn on the power to your Modem and then the Router (if applicable).
    • Wait another 60 seconds for the network equipment to turn on and gain the proper signals from your ISP. Then turn on your Xbox One console.

    That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!

    Yeah its a cool little game, only really tried single player so not sure of the mp side of things.

    One of them games that seem it hardest at the beginning then gets easier (maybe just me thou)...also riding about on my bike and road rage killing bears/ zombies will never get old

    Hello Microsoft team

    I understand how stressful these days are.

    The good news is that I tried something new and ... IT WORKED !!!

    I deleted my user. I deleted the game, RESET the X-Box.

    In sequence:
    I logged in (recovering the data from the cloud), downloaded the game again, with a difference: reinstalled on the internal HD of the XBox.

    I have more than 350 online games that work NORMALLY on my external hard drive (4Tb). Only the 7 Days Die game presented problems.

    Anyway, end of story. Happy ending.

    Sorry about the issues I understand how frustrating this is.

    Is this an online version or a disc?

    Since you have tried pretty much everything, it sounds like the game itself may be faulty. It unfortunately happens. If it is still under warranty request another copy via code or disc, depending on which version you got. I just wanted to mention if it is
    an online copy via internet download that Xbox is under an enormous amount of stress and technical difficulties due to the number of people worldwide online at once due to the pandemic. This could be a factor to consider. However, if the game starts and doesn't
    go any further or crashes on the main screen it would be safe to say that you have a faulty game.
