    Problems with redeeming the code for 800 MS points


    Good afternoon! Today I've tried to redeem the code for 800 MS Points. Through the console it said: "Invalid Code". I tried it via my account in PC, it said: "Unknown error". What should I do? Am i going to lose my money and that's it??? Thank you!

    I bought my 800 microsoft points today for the new halo 4 dlc but after redeeming it, my balance was still 0 microsoft points. please help. the code is unuseable.

    There is a possibility there may be an issue on the account side that is preventing you from redeeming that code. Because of that, I recommend contacting our chat or phone support agents through our Contact
    Us     page. Be sure your account region matches the region that code was purchased in too!

    What region is the 800 MSP code from? If it is from a different region than your account, it will not redeem (MSP codes are region locked).

    Is that a RETAIL MSP card? Or is it a promo code? Promo MSP codes expire after a certain amount of time (and MSP itself has been discontinued for awhile).

    There are no issues at this time related to redeeming point codes. You may want to contact customer support regarding this issue 1-800-469-9269. They will be more efficient in processing your problem.
