    Problems with redeem code


    Hello,

    i just ordered an xbox live gold card for 12 months. When entering the correct link as told my with the code in it, there popup a screen to confirm (in Dutch: Bevestigen). When i clicked, i get a few seconds later the next message:

    Er is iets verkeerd gegaan

    Probeer het opnieuw. Als dit nog een keer gebeurt, laat het ons dan weten door onderstaande code op te geven op xbox.com/errorhelp zodat wij dit kunnen onderzoeken.

    If i translate in my best English:

    Something went wrong

    Try again later. If this happens again, please let us know with the errorcode below on xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate it.

    My errorcode was not formiliair and didnt found any code (even not with only the last 8 digits).

    Can someone help me with my problem to fix this?

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    If the season ticket is a code that can be redeemed, you may still encounter problems with redeeming that code. Because if the code is region locked, you wont be able to redeem it on your account

    I had the same problem, the solution is to go to the microsoft official website and redeem the code there, the problem is from the xbox one in the option of "Redeem code 2".

    I had the same problem as you, the solution is using the microsoft website and redeem your code there, looks like the problem comes from the xbox one in the "redeem code " option

    I had the same problem as you, try using the microsoft website and redeem your code there, looks like the problem comes from the xbox one, on the "redeem code 2" clickable part.
