Problems with purchased Silver not showing up in game

Hiya..

Some of us are having problems with purchasing Silver in game on Xbox One and it not showing up in game. I happened to find my purchased silver on my Xbox 360 console (where I was playing Destiny before I got my Xbox One.) We have posted on Bungie forums
about this issue and they tell us to contact Microsoft. After several calls to Microsoft that did not help, I decided to go through technical support. Talked to a lovely lady named Tara for about 45 mins going through troubleshooting and all from their end.
Everything seems good on Microsoft's end however since the issue has not been resolved , it is being passed on to the next level. If anyone else is having this problem in general - purchased silver not showing up in game.. especially since Rise of Iron was
released please post below. If your issue has been resolved, please let us know how it was fixed. Thanks!

Minecraft Game Error

I was sure Minecraft and silver members had problems not long ago with signing in etc, but looking on the service status page it isn't showing that there is any issues with the game anymore so one would assume it was resolved.

EVERVERSE SILVER NOT SHOWING UP

If seen this happen to others. Try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. When you restart the game go to the in game menu and scroll right. Choose log out and select the option to sign in with a different profile
then choose your own profile. The person that did these steps had the silver show up within a half hour.

Sorry to hear it. Can you please try closing the game out then log out of your account, restart the console and log back in and then launch Destiny? Hopefully that will help.

Sorry to hear it. Can you please try closing the game out then log out of your account, restart the console and log back in and then launch Destiny? Hopefully that will help.

You are showing up silver in the forums. When did you purchase the subscription? It sometimes takes a little while for everything to sync up.

Make sure you are logging into the same account using the same credentials that were used to purchase the subscription.

My son's purchase eventually went through but the silver isn't showing in his account. He's even bought silver with a gift card since (successfully!).
