    Hello, my name is Thiago and I live in Brazil.

    I'm currently having problems with payment. Frist of all, the credit card I was using was cancelled, so we wanted to change the credit card to a new one, but when we tried to add a new payment option it wasn't possible, since there were only options to add
    credit card that worked until 2020, and mine ends in 2021. So after seeing no other option we bought a prepaid card: "http://imgur.com/YoxqQeN"

    When I try to activate it it leaves an error message with no code: "http://imgur.com/Y3Ep1m3" witch means "Your Xbox Live payment account was blocked when shopping. Call Xbox support so we can help
    you.Visit (link) for any contact option."

    All the times I try again it says the same thing.

    My 11-year-old brother is asking me all the time for this and my father thinks it's my responsability to solve this, please give me some advice on this.

    If you don't have access to a console with the beta on then there's nothing you can do until the updated dash is made public i'm afraid.

    try clearing the cache of the console by holding down the power button in your console for 10 seconds.

    Retry afterwards.

    Hey there Charity! I understand you are having some trouble purchasing this promotion. Can you visit our Payment Method guide (forums.xbox.com/.../153161.aspx)
    and ensure your PayPal account meets the criteria for use with Xbox LIVE? Also, can you please try another payment method to see if that works? Let us know if that helps!
