problems with password on xbox 360

so I got the idea to play my xbox 360 to day ben a wile when to up date the old profile on it as I change my email and pass not to long ago I am able to log on my pc and phone but 360 wont let me log in I noticed when entering my password that after I think
16 key it stops entering keys and my pass is 18 keys is there a way around this or do I have to change my pass again

My xbox 360 says I'm typing wrong password

I remember some people having similar problems with the Xbox 360. It may be because their password has certain characters that's not supported in the Xbox 360 password field, or their password may be too long in length.

Try changing your password and see if it helps.

You will have to change your password to something shorter if you want to log on with your Xbox 360.

This is a current bug in the Xbox 360 that other people have problems with too. Microsoft has yet to fix it.

Hi there,

the Xbox 360 can't cope with passwords longer then 16 characters, you will have to use a password which is a maximum of 16 characters long, which in your case means that you will have to change your password again.

Hi, as you found out the 360 won't accept passwords longer than 16 characters, you could enable two step verification in which case you'd just need the app password rather than your full password, or the only other option is to
shorten your password.

Fro your second problem - so you can select english language:

press the xbox button

then 2x right to "Einstellungen"

then 4. Option "Systemeinstellungen"

then 1. Option "Konsolleneinstellungen"

then 3. Option "Sprache und Region"

then 1. Option "Sprache"

and choose english

which the conto is assigned to !!! - if you cant your 50 friends will not help - it is no provement you are right owner

The problem is i don't have the email, because if I had it i would have already reseted everything. I know the email, but not the pass. Is there any way that Xbox support could talk with me via chat, or Xbox LIVE Party?

Or maybe even you could help me. I know about the DRM but it will not transfer my achievements, nor multiplayer saves
