    Problems with party and party gaming


    I have a problem with my party on xbox one. After about 20 or so minuts i leave the party and get an code. I can join but i constantly get kicked after a couple of minutes, also when i play rocket league after every game for my friends i get kicked from
    the party and then I have to close my Rocket League and start it over again. I've had this problem almost 8 or 9 months and I'm beginning to lose interest in gaming because of this.

    Please, I beg, Help me

    Party problems

    Why is there problems with party chat and party gaming.

    2 weeks now in can't invite or hold a session for more than 10 mins.

    I know it's not my Internet speeds or my provider.

    G'day Buzz K1ng. Try starting the party before you launch Forza, or have one of your friends start the party and send you a notification. Is there any change when trying one of those methods?

    You too huh? EVERY SINGLE PERSON on my friends list tell me they also have party chat problems. I also have these party chat problems. Most people I talk to in online games tell me they also have these party chat problems.

    The console is over a year old now and WE STILL HAVE THESE PARTY CHAT PROBLEMS!

    @dimplemonkeyjo When you start a party is the party game set to Ryse while your trying to join? I had a problem joining friends on Fifa as my party game was Battlefield 4.

    Party chat isn't restricted to people playing the same game. I'm regularly in a party with people who are playing different games (various regulars on these forums) and have no problems at all either joining or communicating. The only problem with party
    chat I have found is if I host a party and then plug my mic in then it doesnt work. But if i make sure its plugged in before I start or join a party then no issues.

    I believe this problem occurs when the game stupidly decides to put 3 parties of 4 in 1 game (or some strange combination of party numbers).

    The game is then unable to split up parties so it just hangs there.

    Hello I see you're having a problem, but the Xbox Ambassadors are here to help.

    I have problems with my party audio quite often, and generally it can be traced to game specific setups. Take fortnite for instance, if you go to the settings menu under communication and voice chat you will see that it may be switched to in game or party.
    Many other games offer this same scenario. If you join a party it will automatically switch your settings to party, but it will remain the same when you leave the party. Add to this the fact if you are in an Xbox party and everyone has left and you are the
    only one in the party, you cannot hear people in other games until you leave the party.
