    So recently I got the game pass and started playing Forza Horizon 4 and when I go to upgrades and tuning then click on Find New Tunes it says "This feature is blocked per your Xbox Live parental control settings. But I am not connected to any sort of family
    on there and whenever I try to disable it at acocunt.xbox.com I just get sent to https://support.microsoft.com/en-nz...ge-childs-xbox-privacy-online-safety-settings .
    But I also noticed that in Forza Horizon 4 it does not let me access the Auction House and I was wondering if that is to do with xbox live parental control.

    I would try this method, but I cannot sign into xbox.com. When I go to account.xbox.com as i said i get sent to that same page over and over but when i go to xbox.com and click on the 3 dots i cannot sign it. I can't click on the sign in button to sign
    in. How do I fix this? I have tried with multiple browsers, chrome, edge and firefox

    Hello Blue Tolqq,

    There is a specific setting in your Privacy settings you need to enable. The setting is called "You can see and upload community creations." Without that setting set to "Everyone", you would not be able to play a list full of online games. Certain features
    are tied to that, like the auction house in forza or custom emblems in call of duty,

    Go to Account.Xbox.com and sign in. Select your gamertag on the top right and hit the 3 dots at the bottom right of the pop up. Select "Xbox Settings" and you can get to privacy and online safety from there.

    Manage your privacy settings and look for that one specifically. Let us know the results!

    Thanks for the reply. Then your account is set as a child account. You will need a parent to change these settings in this case. You can check out

    how to set up a family, and
    troubleshoot changing a child's privacy settings    . Reason it keeps directing you is on Xbox you account has birthdate under age of 18.

    Your parent's Windows Live ID isn't valid

    This should work, however, the problem is not the parental control, but that I can not login due to an incorrect WLID for parental control. This means I can not get on windows live. I will go try to do it on a PC-game interface though.
