    Problems with Owning Games


    On September 23, I pre ordered Black Ops Cold War. After putting in all of my card info correctly, I purchase the game and everything goes smoothly. A month later (today on November 17) it says that I don't own the game, after having been playing it for
    several days and playing the beta. I check my purchase history in my Microsoft account and it says I bought it, but my payment method was declined. I have plenty of money on this debt card and all of the information is correct, and my bank did not deny it.
    How do I fix this without having to buy the game again? This is pretty irritating when trying to just play games after a long day of work.

    Hi

    You will need to contact the seller as game codes get redeemed against an account and not the device.

    What has probably happened is that your console was set as the persons home console as this will give everyone access to purchases they have made and now they have probably now removed your console as the home console and this has removed your access to
    the content and you now need to purchase it.

    The games were delisted so they're not longer available for purchase in the store. So it may not show properly there. If you're looking for the One version, check in your Games and Apps in Ready to Install (under Full Library). If you own them, they'll
    show under there.

    That's the thing, I don't own them and they're not in my library but both say owned when browsing. Probably just a glitch, didn't know they'd been delisted
