    I was talking o a person on support and she sent me here. There was a guy who said we should trade account info so he can get some of my games and I get some of his games. He never gave me his account and wont respond to my messages. The support lady said
    there will be a team of some sort that will help resolve the issue. Help on what to do!

    Well first of all doing that is a violation of the terms of service/code of conduct, so both of you can get banned for taking part in that.

    Anytime you need to report someone for violating the terms, you would need to file a complaint on them via the console. When you view their profile it will give you the option.

    Phone and chat support don't handle suspensions/bannings and tend to give incorrect advice. Being involved in a trade like that, from either side, is a violation and can put you at risk for being banned as well.

    You're engaging in theft, fraud, and willing participate in phishing someone's account, then you come here expecting help from us? The fact is, YOU are just as guilty as the other guy, and YOU have done a laundry list of things
    that can result in you being banned.
