Problems with OS Version: 18362.2018.amd64fre.19h1release_xbox_dev_1904.190410-1845

For the last 3 days I've had a troubleshoot screen popup on my one x. I've done a factory reset multiple times, seems to only work for maybe a day and then I get hit with the troubleshoot screen again. I've also tried to install the latest update via USB
flash drive only to be unsuccessful. I've had no issues prior to this update until now which leads me to think theres a bug in the newest OS. Any help as to exactly why this may be happening would be appreciated.

Don't ever remember signing up for it in the first place and I'm 99% sure I'm not apart of it

You'll find the latest OS versions here. I didn't see anything about "(.amd64fre.)" so thats a bit confusing.

Would you check under Settings >System >Console just to verify your OS?

I am on the general release OS on the Xbox One S and I have had no issues with it. If you are in the preview/insider program you should contact them to see if others are having the same issues.

Yeah, I just checked. Definitely not apart of the insider program.

This is the current general release for Xbox One. The insider build does not remove the ability to change your home console.
