    Problems with online connection


    I am unable to play games online with my xbox one. Whenever I go into a game it says "we couldn't get your latest saved data" and other problems like not being able to get my messages and goI got to the digital store are also present. When I test my connection
    it says my system is connected without problems which is obviously false and my internet works fine on my I pad and computer. So how is this fixed?

    Fix, worked for me.

    Settings ... network ... advanced settings ... alternate mac address ... clear .... restart console

    Didn't work for me, tried all the common fixes in all these posts. /: I try to take a break from fallout 4 and XBL dies lol
