    xbox one x keeps signing out!!!

    I have just upgraded from an xbox one which I have had for a number of years to one x.

    I had no issues with my old console, but the new one x keeps signing out ever few minutes.

    I have other problems with transferring games via a hard drive and games that have transferred freezing.

    I cant directly download games until I fix the sign out issue.

    My internet connection is fine and it worked for years with the xbox one.

    Dead or Alive 5 Last Round Crashing and affecting my XB1

    We had a problem with it freezing and crashing while we were playing locally and discovered if we went into Fight, selected Arcade the press x to change throwdown settings change it to decline. Then you just play, and even in other modes we haven't had any
    problems with freezing or crashing any longer. Hope this helps some of you.

    Problems with new Xbox one X crashing or signing in

    Most times when the One X is crashing or not allowing you to sign in (and no error codes or messages) it is more to do with your Internet Connection than the console itself. If you are able to get to the settings be sure to go to Settings, Network, Network
    Settings, Detailed Network Statistic and make sure you see no issues and it is meeting the requirement for Xbox Live to run with the console Online. Another test is to put the console in offline mode and see if you notice it crashes or has any problems when
    the console is offline (Settings, Network, Network Settings, Go Offline).

    There are ports required for Xbox Live that can be found here

    If you have more than one console in the home that could also be the issue and you can find more information about this on our Network Forums. Without
    a full description of the issues or any errors, it is a little harder to full help to see what the issue may be. So above are just the basics that normally are the culprit and cause.
