    Problems with new update and signing on?


    Hello!

    I've been trying to get into my Xbox live profile for some time now, but every time I attempt to accept the agreement on the update it redirects me to parental controls and wants my parent to sign in. This is an issue because:

    A) I am 19 and had already switched over the email and password to my own

    B) It is reverting to my mom's old email (which was the old parental email)

    My mother doesn't remember the password and neither do I. I'm not sure if she has the email for anything anymore either.

    The problem is that I had already changed the settings in the summer of 2014 and only with the update did it randomly revert.

    Please help!

    Netflix issues

    I have always had problems with Netflix it got worse after the last update but signing out and back in sometimes helps.

    Yep I've been trying to get it set up for over 12 hours. First problems with the mandatory update, then signing in, then downloading the mandatory update for my game, now logging in again. Honestly I bet the 360 would work perfectly now.

    It is randomly allowing me in to my account now, but I don't see the options you've suggested anywhere.

    Achievements tracking stopped after the latest update

    Hi,

    The Windows Update Troubleshooter didn't find any issue.

    The problem started with the latest update, there's no new updates at the moment.

    I've signed out and signed in again but the issue persists.

    I don't see any smiley face in the app, maybe I'm not in the preview program.

    Console was brand new. There was no error code just a message, update failed, a system update is required to sign in to xbox live, but the update is currently unavailable. If the problem persists, visit www.xbox.com/support.

    Got this message on my old xbox and the brand new one.

    and i tried to sign in and got a error stating can't sign in

    " A problem occurred while signing in. Please try again. If the problem presists. visit www.xbox.com/support.

    though my wireless laptop and desktop are running flawlessly wireless and my xbox is wired....
