    Problems with my xbox gamertag


    I'm getting so many hate messages on XBL, forums, etc and don't have enough money to change my gamertag. I made my gamertag on my old Xbox 360 around 7 years ago and I keep on getting a lot of hate for it. Some of the stuff people say really
    offends me. I would like to change my gamertag but I don't have enough money. Can someone please help me?

    For information on why it was changed and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com However, if the enforcement team upholds their decision, you will have to pay if you want to change the tag. There is no way around that.

    I have a problem we erase my gamertag 2 xbox one and I pay the 2 times to change and I'm told that the name is vulgar ?? I do not see anything vulgar in QcTardz94 .... Tardz is my nickname for real life because my last name is Late. I do not see who's complaining
    ?? because I did not say anything vulgar apart from my little brother who bickered with another guy? please give me my name or let me change it for free I'm not rich paid for a gamertag 3x ...

    If you're getting hate messages you'll want to file complaints on those people and block communications with them. If you want to change your gamertag, you'll have to pay. There is no way around that.

    So apparently the problem lies within my gamertag. It's not banned or suspended or anything, but for some reason my gamertag is what's causing the game to stop working. I've tried logging into an alternate gamertag on the same Xbox and the game was running
    fine.

    This is still a problem though, as my main (paying) gamertag won't work with the game. Anyone know if Bioware is aware of such problems?

    Given the number of "protests" about it, it seems the Policy Enforcement Team recently did a sweep of all "pimp" gamertags. You can't have it back, as the terms you agreed to say that your profile can't contain sexual references, which is the most
    common connotation of that word. At least you didn't go for some variation of it-- after too many FNCs, they would just ban your profile permanently.

    This is not my problem. My problem is the fact that my Xbox 360 says that a Gamertag is already taken, while the website shows that that gamertag is in fact NOT in use. And I am pretty sure this way you'll lose all your gamerscore from the main account,
    since I believe the gamerscore is linked to the gamertag, unless changes whilst paid for.
