    Problems with my storage device


    Good morning

    I play in the X Box 360 using an external HD, on the external hard drive I realize the downloads of the games and DLC's. Yesterday I called my console, when I checked that no external HD game was opening and I realized that my external hard drive is corrupted.
    I tried to perform again Download the Forza that was free, but I'm not getting any more. And now what should I do?

    storage device problems

    Perhaps your hard drive (or usb drive) is not seated properly. Try removing it completely and then putting it back in.

    Okay, I seem to have fixed the problem. All I did was delete my profile and recover it. For some reason that works.

    I did however unlock one achievement before I realized I was having this problem. Not sure if there is anything that can be done in regards to this. If not, that's okay.

    Perhaps your hard drive (or usb drive) is not seated properly. Try removing it completely and then putting it back in.

    Power down your console and then pull out your hard drive. Start your xbox back up and see if the issue still occurs. Which version of the 360 do you own? Sounds like one of the storage devices isn't seated properly like onyx62is suggested.
