Problems with my profile on Xbox 360

Had an issue last night I attempted to log into Fable anniversary on my 360. When it went to load the game I got disconnected from Xbox live and was unable to reconnect no matter what I tried. This problem does not appear when my wife logs into her profile and it seems to play a game or anything. I switched to my Xbox one in the living room and attempt to load Fable up on that and get the same issue when the 360 emulator loads I get disconnected from Xbox live and it won't let me reconnect however my Xbox One profile and Xbox services all work just fine on it. I've tried resetting my password checking over forums the last thing I tried was to remove my profile from the 360 in there and redownload it and now it won't even let me do that quoting that my credentials are inaccurate or incorrect. I'm at a loss for what to do and this is really frustrating.

All of my security proofs are checked and verified. Two step isn't on and authenticator is turned off. I shortened my password last night. I deleted my profile and cleared cache, turned off and back on. It's still not working.

I can't access Xbox live on my 360 profile anywhere, whether it's either of my 2 360's (I dug my old old one out and even that won't let me sign in to Xbox live) nor will the emulator on Xbox one let me sign in when I launch a 360 game.

I've tried all of this and nothing is working. And it's only my profile in the house. No one else has issues, there's no network issues. My Xbox one games and profile work fine.

try the following steps, to try and fix the issue.

Check https://account.live.com/proofs/manage to see if there are security proofs are setup and verified. Also keep in mind that a Xbox 360 can't handle long passwords (max is 16 I think). Another thing is, that if a app password is set up that needs to be entered instead of the password itself.
Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link:

Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:

Turn the console off.
Turn the console on.
Clear the console cache one more time
Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 2.)

I'd like to add that after deleting just my profile, I cannot redownload it. Every time I do, it tells me there is a problem with my credentials.

I had this problem for several months and now I solved by going into my old Xbox 360, downloaded the profile there. After this, I was able to download profile when playing Xbox 360 games in my Xbox One.
