    Problems with my old Xbox One account


    I woke up on the 11th of May, I was about to play FH3, then when I was about to log in my account, it said 'Fix this on the web' error, I researched on what it was, and my old account might have been hacked, it had all of my saved data on there, and my money
    from buying some gift cards was on it as well, I'm getting really worried, as I can't log in and have access to my old account. I tried to recover it, many times, but it just wouldn't send me a reset password link, I tried my best at filling the form, but
    it just didn't work. Am I the only one who has this problem? By the way, my old account is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

    Microsoft Account Verification Problem

    I've just bought an xbox one and created a new Microsoft account to use on xbox live as my son uses my old account. I logged into the xbox website with no problems and changed my gamertag to the one I want. So then I tried to setup my account on my xbox one and get to the stage where it sends a verification e-mail, no problem I thought, checked my e-mail account nothing, tried again nothing and again, left it a few hours nothing. This was Tuesday night and it will not send a verification e-mail. After a search I tried to verify my Microsoft account onm their website and it always comes up with a 'temporary problem, try gain later' screen.

    So basically I can't use the new xbox one I've had sitting there for 2 days until this gets resolved, Anybody goy any answers as I can't face phoning Microsoft customer services.Cheers

    Problems transferring Arcade Games Licenses plz help

    Hi there grontron it wasn.t that my old account was stolen its that ive always used that account on the one console and when i transferred it to the new xbox console one had to give my old password for my msn and couldnt use it.

    It is my msn email that was used with the old Xbox LIVE gamertag that has been hacked and so i cant get an email to my alternate email i gave or use my security question for a reset.

    I.ve been playing on my LIVE Gamertag account for yonks since i first started with no problems just this email thats related to the Xbox LIVE thats giving me problems.

    Transfer of linked accounts in the Social Club

    Ok. My console is Xbox One. That's the problem. I registered the account for Red Dead Redemption. Then I installed GTA V. My old PSN GTA V account still exists and a new Xbox Live account has been created. Both are linked in only one Social Club account.
    On PS3 still access the old account, but wanted to do this on Xbox One.

    Actually does this prove I used the same account?

    MS support asked me to log into my account.

    They gave me a link that listed all my devices once I logged in.

    My WIn 10 laptop was listed.

    So we're my 2 Xboxes.

    The old black Xbox One.

    And also my new whitebXbox One S.

    MS support got me to delete the old black Xbox One from my account.

    They said that will sort the issue of the old console logging in automatically.

    My problem now is the gamer points.
