Problems with my NAT/Network/Connectivity

Discus and support Problems with my NAT/Network/Connectivity in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I am looking for solutions for 2 problems that cause me major headache.     Problems with my NAT/Network/Connectivity


    I am looking for solutions for 2 problems that cause me major headache. I mostly play FIFA 15 so those familiar with the game and its Pro club mode might know about the delay in the game. When i am controlling the team passes are delayed/players move very
    slow/sometimes button lag.

    Steps Ive taken till this point to resolve the issues:

    My router: Cisco DPC3825 DOCSIS 3.0 Data GatewayDPC3825

    • Put my Xbox one in energy saving mode
    • Disabled automatic updates/make sure to never download anything while I play
    • Forwarded all the ports XBOX/FIFA sites suggest: UDP: 53, 88, 500, 3074, 3544, 3659, 4500
      TCP: 53; 80; 3074; 3659
    • Updated my router to newest firmware available
    • Always use wired connection
    The problem:

    1: The Fifa gameplay in pro clubs continues to be a huge problem. Delays/Unresponsiveness/Button lag/connection losses

    2. Every day I have to manually re-assign my port forwarding. Say yesterday i get on my xbox set my ip address to static (for example: 192.168.0.15)

    When i get on the next morning, xbox screen greets me: Hints to get you back online. I go to my network -> Check multiplayer connection and it says it cannot get ip address. So I have to do it all over again -> hit automatic which changes my ip address to
    something like 192.168.0.11 from 192.168.0.15 and then it lets me back on. However my ports remained forwarded for 192.168.0.15 so I have to log into my router and re-forward them for 192.168.0.11. Is there any way to make this stop happening as its very annoying.

    Teredo does not qualify

    When I launch the xbox application from pc gives me problems with the groups and, in the network settings, gives me the section "NAT type " give the errors "Teredo does not qualify" and connectivity server blocked. This gives me problems even on the Xbox
    One, I can't connect to groups despite give me NAT open

  3. Joining party players

    I renewed subscription yesterday and all my connections to Xbox are working correctly however I can't join party or invite friends as it instructs me to subscribe again. What is the problems here as all my network connectivity is working fine and I have
    no NAT errors

    Ive also disabled : Ipv6 firewall protection and set Ipv4 firewall protection to low.

  5. Ditch the gateway , get a separate modem and a router that does UPNP and you should be good to go and wont have to port forward anything...(cheap Netgear router worked for me)

    Go to your Xbox network settings. What does your "NAT Type" show?

    Also try running the tests on the right side of the screen (Test network connection, Test multiplayer connection, Test NAT Type, Detailed network statistics), and see if those tests show any problems with your network.
    My network is not the problem. I run multiple devices on it 24/7 Including an older Xbox One Halo 5 Edition. Nat is open 0% Packet Loss (confirmed thru Both Xboxes and CMD on PC.) Latency is ~50. Multiplayer Connection test on the problem box interrupts
    itself frequently. I'm positive at this point it's a Hardware issue.

    This seems to be an internet connection related error, but you didn't really provide much information on what you were trying to do or when you get it. So let me give you some catch all information.

    This link is for the first time connection for the 360, it will take you through setting up a connection, and troubleshooting any problems you get while testing a connection: support.xbox.com/.../first-time-connection-solution

    Since the Xbox One has to set up an internet connection when you start it, this troubleshooter assumes you're getting an error when you run the network connection test (Settings -> All Settings -> Network -> Network Settings -> Test Network Connection) support.xbox.com/.../network-connection-error-solution

    If you're still having problems, specifically with multiplayer gaming or doing things with friends, and the Network Connection Test is fine, it could likely be a NAT problem.
