problems with my live rewards account

hello , one more time i did the 5 hours on the 3 games but one of them appeared after the 4 days.

second problem , i spent 47 dollars and i got 40 points .

third problem i bought the game and got the 5 achievements but after talking a lot of times with th microsoft and xbox support im not able to buy any avatar no one knows why , how can i solve it since i already spent the money and played the game ?

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

I have a long time my account and although I have bought several games in the store, I play constantly even I have no credit Rewards

We do not see five hours or more play time in any free to play game for the month of April.

If you are referring to Gems, those are awarded on every $10 amount for 10 Gems.

We do not see any purchases eligible for the Pandemic Rewards offer, which is the only offer awarding for achievements. We do not handle purchases. If you are having issues purchasing, you should reach out to Xbox support (Contact Us | Xbox Support).

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

I recently upgraded to gold but my rewards account wasn't recognizing it. So I haven't received points or credit for anything I've been doing for about a week. So, I contacted Xbox Live Rewards and they said there is a problem with my live account itself
that needs fixed first before they can fix my rewards. They did not know what nor say anything else besides that.

Hi there, I have the same problem....

I bought my first xbox in us, moved back from US to czech republic in europe, I´m xbox live rewards member, so if I migrate my account to CZ, I´ll lose my rewards membership, right? And I will probably lose some of my downloaded content?
