    Problems with my gold signature


    Hi

    I have the following problem with my gold signature:

    When I try to download the free gold game it shows me that I have to buy a gold signature first, the problem is I have a gold signature (that was renewed this month, I have an one year subscription that is automatically renewed).

    Can Microsoft support help me?

    cant pay my suspended Live Gold signature with any method.

    Greetings. I am from Brazil. I had problems with my credit card and my live signature was suspended when it couldn't be renewed. My problems with the credit card controller were solved and I also bought a one-year Live Gold gift card. But both methods
    are now refused when I try to pay for it. What should I do?

    Rayman 3 HD not free on GwG

    Rayman 3 should be free on Games with Gold as of October 1st but it still requires me to buy

    My gold signature only expires next year

    Xbox live connection problem

    hi, until yesterday i'm playing in live gold, but today e can´t play anymore because my Xbox one don´t recognize my signature. Ask me for a new signature, but in my Microsoft account my live gold just expire in 2015, you guys know what happen´s?

    I checked my configuration settings on my XBOX and the account of my GOLD signature is linked to my email that use the OUTLOOK extension not hotmail.
