problems with my ambassador! I can not enter ambassadors forums!

I have trouble accessing my account ambassador, I'm level 8! I hope someone can help me and explain that and took me this program! thanks

You sure that isn't the XBOX ambassador level? (I think ambassador is the right namelol)

 

Ambassador program issue

The issue is an ambassador issue and should be in the correct forum. This is the support forum for xbox live account problems not ambassador problems. The correct place is the ambassador support forum. Changes are your questions about ambassadors problems
will not get answered here. They will only get answered in the ambassador support forum.

 

You no longer have the ambassador icon on your forums card. It looks like you were removed from the program for some reason. Have you had any enforcement issues lately? The best advise I can give you is to PM one of the official support people to see if
they can clear this up for you.

Without having the ambassador icon on his profile, I doubt he will be able to access that forum. Unless that forum is not private.

I can access that forum and i am not an ambassador.

 

my only problem was running out of gold membership ! but when I had gold could go in and now that I renewed my membership removed the icon and I can not enter ambassadors
