Problems with MS Ultimate Word Games

This is not about Treasure Hunt. This is about Ultimate Word Games. I am stuck on game 20 on Jumble and Wordament. I've spent two days with techs on the phone or on chat and nothings has gotten fixed.

Problem: I can't get to game 21 on any of the maps I've opened on either Jumble or Wordament. The games recognize that I've completed the 20th game but my avatar doesn't move to game 21.

What's Been Done: So far I've reset the game and Xbox apps on my laptop. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling numerous times. I've tried logging out and logging back in and restarting. I've run the apps troubleshooter. It did find a problem which has
ostensibly been fixed. I've checked for Windows updates and have installed them if there were any available.

According to my last chat with a person, there was maintenance being applied to this app. The tech was supposed to e-mail me when the work was completed, but he has not (no surprise there).

Still doesn't work. The only good thing is that the app has plenty of maps for me to work through, at least until I get to game 20.

Any advice would be appreciated.

MS Ultimate Word Games

This post is for MS Ultimate Word Games....there was no Subtopic listing for it. It is my favorite game, but 9 out of 10 times I get an error when trying to connect to the game. It always says it's having trouble connecting to the internet, but my internet
works fine and this is the only game I have a problem with. It says it can't retrieve my data, therefore I can't save my game progress. I play on a desktop computer. I don't have an X-box. Please fix your problem.

MS Ultimate Word Games

This game has not been syncing with the cloud since Saturday last week. Many messages have I sent with no result. Requested a call back which did not work when I pressed 1 as requested twice. HELP! I pay to play these games. It is not my PC or the internet
because the other MS games are working perfectly. Very upset and dissatisfied.

Microsoft casual games community.
Towards the bottom you will see their Facebook page and they ask to post there. There is also a
support sitefor the casual games you can look over also.

I'm sorry but I am NOWHERE NEAR smart enough to do all that! Once I found PowerPoint, it didn't give me any option to sign in as admin. & I'm unable to read & retain multi instructions without constantly switching back pages and that of course cancels out anything I've already started in the start Menu! I think I'm just SOL.

Or actually, even better, instead of reinstalling it, just repair and reset the game.

You can go to Start > Settings > Apps > Search for Wordament (or Microsoft Word Games) > Advanced Options > Repair, then Reset.

Restart your computer and see how it goes.
