Problems with MS account

Can someone please help me I am at my wits end at this stage. I keep getting emails to tell me to update my account so MS can make a lodgement to my account. I have updated my account and still keep getting the email. I have no idea what else I am supposed
to do. When I rent a movie MS has no trouble deducting the cash from my credit card however when MS say they owe me money (built up by rewards) that they cant log to my account as it needs to be update...My account has been updated........ Help......

Unable to Log on/Sign in

Re-add your account. Remove and add it back again. This should help. MS getting problems with login servers

Classic Jigsaw Puzzles (Windows 10) -- not downloading HELP!

I am having the same problem. The things that upsets me the most is that my account is being debited the coins and I am not getting the puzzles. I have no problems with MS Mahjong os MS Solitaire.

The problem is this.

It is not that the outlook.com account already has a gamertag attached to it (unless you signed into an xbox console or xbox.com with it) is the only way that you would get a gamer tag attached to a MS account.

The problem is that Outlook.com is a MS account and your Gmail account is a MS account so you can not merge the two accounts this is why when you are trying to add your Outlook.com email to your Gmail MS account it is saying that it is already taken because
it is already a MS account and you can not merge the two accounts together.

The problem does not affect all Xbox Live accounts, only US-based accounts are having this problem. I have recently deposited 500 MS points on my NZ account, and then just now, added 400 MS points on my US account via Zune software. I think its on Xbox Live's
end thats the problem.

That is what the problem is you can not change the email to an email that is ALREADY a MS account email (Hotmail, outlook, live, msn) the best thing to do is sign into your current account at account.live.com/addassocid and either create a new (outlook.com)
email account or use an existing email non MS account like a Gmail, yahoo, ISP server email that is not already a MS account.
