    Problems with Microsoft Solitaire Collection


    I am running Microsoft Solitaire Collection on a Surface Pro 3 under Windows 10. It has been running perfectly but has recently started behaving erratically. The program loads, briefly display the Solitaire 'flash' screen and then reverts to the desktop.

    No error messages. I have deleted and re-installed the App to no avail.

    Any suggestions?

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    I was having problems with Microsoft Solitaire Collection so I uninstalled it and reinstalled, as what was suggested. It says that I own the collection but it is nowhere on my computer, any suggestions?

    Problems with Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    Hi, Just brought a new laptop with Windows 10, loaded Microsoft Solitaire Collection, but Xbox won't sign me in so I have to play as a Guest - unable to access my previous games, scores etc. I have updated both the app and the computer and am running the
    very latest version of Windows 10 - not life and death but very annoying. Does anyone have any ideas - other games have installed with no problems. Many thanks.

    Freecell has stopped recording wins but not losses

    Similar Problem on my Windows 8.1 Machine. For a few days Microsoft Solitaire Collection only stops recording stats for FreeCell and Pyramid on the Xbox Network.

    Reinstallation as described in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ has changed nothing.

    Can't login to Xbox Live from Solitaire Collection

    Same problem here. Other Microsoft games like Microsoft Mahjong and Microsoft Sudoku work well. I also have no problem logging into Xbox live directly. The only problem is with Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

    I uninstalled Solitaire Collection and re-installed and run apps.diagcab, but it still will not sign in.

    In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

    "Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.
