    Hey there!! whom it may concern!;

    May I just start by stating... "LOVE THIS BINGO GAME/ENTERTAINMENT!!" The rooms/power cards/levels/game itself: are all awesome. Of course the connection is lost sometimes and that's okay. I was wondering if something happened with the video's we watch to
    earn tickets/coins??? It's not available-since yesterday. HELP??? I 'Wanna' keep playing(dang it Problems with Microsoft PC games :)" Thanks for your time. Take care.

    Problems with microsoft games

    Hi! I'm getting upset with the quantity of problems with microsoft games. First it was minesweeper adventure mode and treasure hunt that stopped working. Had someone from the support team to help me but with no luck, she updated my windows, the problem was
    not solved and I got a new incompatibility with the BIOS of my computer so I restored to a previous installation. Some days ago it was jackpot that started to show problems with account login. Don't know how but I got ripped off of a large part of my coins
    in the process, though now it seems to be working... (it showed an error like the one I now have in Jigsaw with something like the Item is not available). Meanwhile I had some problems with events in Solitaire collection that forced me to play multiple times
    the same game... Now I'm having problems with Jigsaw, the game opens but my account doesn't load. I'm afraid of loosing my progress as I almost did in Jackpot (for some days I was at level 1 again even after logging in and lost nearly 1.000.000 coins, now
    I'm at my normal level but with a wrong coin synchro). The error message is "Choose another item. This item is no longer available to buy in Microsoft Jigsaw [CV:kotFPvFb90W4zzPz.34.2]" I didn't chosse anything inside the game... I simply click the Icon of
    microsoft jigsaw, it takes a lot of time to log in and after some time this shows up (something similar happened in Jackpot but I don't remember if the code was the same). After this I click on close and my account doesn't load even If I try again. I even
    reinstalled Jigsaw with no luck.

    Can anyone help me?

    I see what was happening now. It was asking me to confirm I wanted to keep every saved file since 8/2023(I previously said they were from 2021 and 2022 but it was actually 2022 and 2023). So when I confirmed one file it came up and asked about the next file. Why? I don't know but it is working now. Thank you for your reponse. I will file it.

    Hello, My name is David. I am an independent advisor, happy to help you today.

    This problem may be because there may be a problem with the Microsoft Store cache that is affected, to resolve it we try the following:

    1. Open the Windows search bar and type "wsreset".
    2. Right click on "wsreset" and select "Run as administrator".
    3. This will open a Command Prompt window which will close automatically after the Microsoft Store cache is reset.
    4. Then try installing Minecraft again and check if the issue still occurs.

    If the issue persists, you can try resetting the Microsoft Store app to fix any store-related issues.

    1. Open the Windows search bar and type "Settings".
    2. Open the "Settings" app and select "Applications".
    3. In the list of applications, find and select "Microsoft Store".
    4. Click "Advanced Options" and then select "Reset".
    5. Once the reset is complete, try installing Minecraft again and check if the issue still occurs.

    Check if the issue is resolved by reinstalling Microsoft Gaming Services as follows:

    1. In Windows Search, search for "Windows Powershell" and run it as administrator. Then copy and paste the following command and press Enter on your keyboard:

    get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-appxpackage -all users

    2. Open the Xbox app and it will detect that you need gaming services. You can download them by clicking on the "Download" button that will appear right there. If you can't do this the above way or if any problems occur, try using the following command in the Windows Powershell window, running it as administrator using the process described in the first step:

    start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

    3. It is recommended to restart your PC by finishing the download and installation of the game services.

    4. Check if the problem is fixed.
